Most organizers pour everything into getting people to buy a ticket once. Campaigns is built for what happens after they buy. Things like staying in touch with the people who already showed up, and reaching the ones who haven't yet.
Every organizer on Spotix ends up with the same asset without really noticing it: a list of real people who cared enough to show up. Attendees, voters, past ticket buyers. Until now, that list lived in our database in Frankfurt, collecting dust. Campaigns is what lets you actually use it. Send a blast email to the people who've bought from you, pull in guests from an event you ran months ago, or bring an entirely separate mailing list along for the ride. Why? Because you can.
Blast emails, straight to your contacts
At its simplest, Campaigns lets you write one email and send it to everyone tied to your event i.e people who bought tickets, registered for an election, or voted in a poll you organized. Announce a new event, push a last-minute discount, remind people doors open at 6, whatever the moment calls for. No exporting spreadsheets, no third-party tool, no copy-pasting addresses one at a time.
One email in, one send, every contact reached.
Your past guests don't have to be gone for good
Here's the problem we kept running into: an organizer runs a great event, two hundred people show up, and then that entire audience just... evaporates. If they don't happen to be following your next announcement somewhere else, they never hear about the next magical event you cook. That felt like a waste of a relationship as people had already opted into by walking through your door once.
So Campaigns lets you import attendees from any previous event you've organized (even ones from before Campaigns existed) straight into your contact list. The people who came to your August Rave are one import away from hearing about your December Blast. You're not starting your audience from zero every time; you're compounding it.
...That or just bring your own list
Not every contact of yours lives here with us on Spotix. Maybe you've got a mailing list from a newsletter tool, a spreadsheet from a partner org, or a WhatsApp broadcast list you've exported over the years. Campaigns doesn't care where it came from. Just add it as an external list, and it's treated exactly like any other segment. Mix and match: your Spotix attendees, last year's guests, and an outside list, all in the same send.
What "delivered" actually means
This is the part we'd rather be upfront about than let you assume the best case. When you send a campaign, there's exactly one thing we can promise you with total certainty: the email left our system. That's the "Sent" status, and it's guaranteed that every address in your list gets an attempt.
Everything after that: Delivered, Opened, Bounced, etc comes from tracking signals reported back by the infrastructure that actually routes the email through the open internet to someone's inbox. A tiny tracking pixel tells us when an email is opened; a delivery receipt tells us it landed in an inbox rather than bouncing. Both of those depend on things outside anyone's direct control: whether the recipient's email client loads images, whether their provider is having a slow day, whether a corporate spam filter quietly drops the receipt notification even though the email arrived fine.
mail network
recipient's client
Confidence decreases as an email moves further from our system and closer to the recipient's inbox.
Because of that, we can't promise the status on every single email will be 100% accurate all the time, a handful of opens will always go unrecorded, and rarely, a delivery confirmation won't make it back to us even though the email arrived. What we can promise is what actually matters to you as an organizer:
If the email address genuinely exists, we guarantee it reaches that inbox at least 99% of the time. The tracking around it is the best available signal, not a perfect ledger. Treat your open and delivery numbers as a strong directional read on how a campaign performed, not a precise headcount.
Campaigns is live for every organizer account. Send your first blast, import a past event's guest list, or drop in an outside list just whatever gets your audience back in the room next time.
